How Long It Takes to Become Legally Approved

Most registrations are completed within 1–3 business days, depending on document readiness and authority processing schedules.

Typical Timeline

Step 1 — Document Submission & Review

Same day (1–2 hours)

After payment, you submit the required documents. Our team checks completeness and compliance before proceeding.

Step 2 — Insurance Activation

1–2 business days

Your CAAT-approved drone insurance policy is issued and activated. You receive a valid e-policy for legal use in Thailand.

Step 3 — CAAT & NBTC Processing

1–2 business days

CAAT and NBTC registrations are processed. Any minor corrections (if required) are handled by our team to avoid rejection.

Important Timing Notes

  • To avoid delays, we recommend not submitting documents on Thursday or Friday, as NBTC processing may continue into the following week.

  • Please check Thailand public holidays, as nationwide holidays may affect insurance issuance and NBTC processing timelines.

  • All timelines are based on Thai business hours (Bangkok GMT+7) and authority queue conditions.
