1. Refund Policy

1.1 Non-Refund Principle
All payments are final and non-refundable once your case enters CAAT, NBTC, or insurance processing.

1.2 No Refund Will Apply For:

  • Trip cancellation, date change, or change of mind

  • OTP/email delay caused by NBTC system or Google filter

  • Refusal to cooperate during real-time verification

  • Providing incorrect or incomplete information

  • Government system maintenance or rejection

1.3 Clarification Before Payment
Customers are advised to contact our support team before payment if uncertain about their eligibility.

2. Customer System Acknowledgment

  • NBTC OTPs are valid for only 3 minutes; cooperation is mandatory.

  • Clients must remain contactable by phone or LINE during registration.

  • Thai SIM card recommended to ensure OTP delivery.

  • NBTC/CAAT are paperless systems; all documents issued digitally.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1 Data Collected
Name, nationality, passport details, contact info, drone serial, insurance details.

3.2 Data Usage
Used only for CAAT/NBTC registration and insurance issuance. Never sold or shared.

3.3 Data Security
Information stored securely, accessible only to authorized personnel.

3.4 PDPA Rights
You may request correction or deletion of your data at any time via
