1.1 Non-Refund Principle
All payments are final and non-refundable once a case has entered CAAT, NBTC, or insurance processing stages.
1.2 No Refund Applies In the Following Cases:
• Trip cancellation, date change, or change of mind
• OTP/email delays caused by NBTC systems or Google filters
• Client refusal to cooperate during real-time verification
• Providing incorrect or incomplete information
• Government system maintenance, downtime, or rejection
1.3 Clarification Before Payment
Customers should contact our support team before making payment if they are unsure about eligibility or required documents.
2. Customer System Acknowledgement

NBTC OTPs are time-limited and typically valid for only a few minutes; immediate cooperation is required.

Clients must remain reachable by phone, LINE, or email during registration.

A Thai SIM card is strongly recommended to ensure OTP delivery.

CAAT/NBTC operate on paperless systems; all documents are issued digitally.
3. Privacy Policy
3.1 Data Collected
Name, nationality, passport information, contact details, drone brand/model, serial number, insurance details.
3.2 Data Usage
Collected data is used solely for CAAT and NBTC registration, insurance issuance, and verification.
Data is never sold, shared, or traded.
3.3 Data Security
All information is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized personnel.
3.4 Data Rights
You may request correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing:

This policy applies only to services provided by Thailand Drone Insurance & Registration Services and does not cover third-party government systems operated by CAAT or NBTC.
