General Terms of Service
– Please Read Before Proceeding to Payment

All customers must carefully read and understand the following terms before submitting payment.
By proceeding, you confirm full acceptance and understanding of these conditions.

1. Service Scope

We provide registration, licensing, and insurance facilitation for CAAT and NBTC through authorized platforms.

​

2. Drone Type Eligibility

We do not process homemade, modified, or non-certified drones. Only manufacturer-approved UAVs are accepted.

​

3. Processing Timeline

CAAT and NBTC verification depends on each agency’s working hours and system stability.

​

4. Customer Cooperation Requirement

Clients must stay contactable during processing for OTP verification (valid for 3 minutes).

​

5. Accuracy of Information

Any false or incomplete information voids service without refund.

​

6. Refund and Cancellation

All payments are final once processing begins. See detailed conditions under our Refund & Privacy Policy.

7. Insurance-Specific Conditions

Insurance policies are governed by Thai law and valid for one year.

​

8. Data Handling & Confidentiality

Personal data is used only for CAAT, NBTC, and insurance registration.

​

9. Government System Limitation

We cannot control NBTC/CAAT system errors, OTP delays, or Google email verifications.

​

10. Service Completion

Digital certificates and policies are legally recognized nationwide under Thailand’s e-Government framework. Clients should keep printed copies when flying.

11. Legal Acknowledgment

All customers must read and agree to these terms before submitting payment.

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any stage if a client:

  • Violates Thai law, aviation regulations, or CAAT/NBTC compliance standards;

  • Provides false, incomplete, or misleading information;

  • Engages in or intends to conduct any operation that threatens national or aviation security;

  • Displays impolite, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior toward our staff or support team;

  • Fails to cooperate in a professional manner during verification or documentation stages.

Our team aims to maintain a professional and courteous service environment. All clients are expected to communicate politely and respectfully during every stage of coordination.
