Drone Operation Permission for Personal Use in Hat Noppharat Thara–Mu Ko Phi Phi National Park

To operate a drone for personal photography or videography in the Hat Noppharat Thara–Mu Ko Phi Phi National Park, the following documents are required:

Required Documents

1. Formal Letter Addressed to the Head of Hat Noppharat Thara–Mu Ko Phi Phi National ParkInclude the following details:

   • Purpose: Clearly state the objective of using the drone for still photography or videography.

   • Locations: Specify all areas where you intend to operate the drone.

   • Date and Time: Mention the exact dates and times of your planned activity.

   • Travel Information: Provide the name of the tour company or the boat you are traveling with.

2. Application Form for Personal Photography/Videography Using a Drone

3. Copy of National ID or PassportEnsure it is certified as a true copy.

4. Copy of the Drone Operator Registration CertificateCertified as a true copy.

5. Copy of the Radio Communication Equipment Registration CertificateFor drones, as required by law, certified as a true copy.

การขออนุญาตบินโดรนในพื้นที่อุทยานแห่งชาติหาดนพรัตน์ธารา-หมู่เกาะพีพี (เพื่อเก็บภาพประทับใจส่วนตัว)

เอกสารที่ต้องเตรียมประกอบการขออนุญาต:

1. หนังสือถึงหัวหน้าอุทยานแห่งชาติหาดนพรัตน์ธารา-หมู่เกาะพีพีระบุรายละเอียดดังนี้:

   • วัตถุประสงค์: อธิบายการถ่ายภาพนิ่งและวิดีโอโดยใช้อุปกรณ์โดรน

   • สถานที่: ระบุทุกจุดที่จะทำการบินโดรน

   • วันและเวลา: ระบุวันที่ เดือน และปีที่จะดำเนินการถ่ายทำ

   • การเดินทาง: ชื่อบริษัทนำเที่ยวหรือชื่อเรือที่ใช้เดินทาง

2. แบบคำขออนุญาตเข้าไปถ่ายภาพนิ่งและวิดีโอ(ใช้โดรนเพื่อการส่วนตัว)

3. สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนพร้อมรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง

4. สำเนาหนังสือการขึ้นทะเบียนผู้บังคับปล่อยอากาศยานซึ่งไม่มีนักบินพร้อมรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง

5. สำเนาใบรับรองการขึ้นทะเบียนเครื่องวิทยุคมนาคมสำหรับอากาศยานซึ่งไม่มีนักบิน(ตามข้อกำหนดของกฎหมาย) พร้อมรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง

หมายเหตุ:

• กรุณายื่นเอกสารขออนุญาตล่วงหน้า 5 วันทำการ เพื่อให้มีระยะเวลาการพิจารณาที่เหมาะสม
