2. Refund Policy :
The service fee is non-refundable once we begin the process. As we proceed with all necessary processing immediately after payment, it cannot be reversed. In case of delays in sending your immigration ink stamp to us beyond 30 days, you will be responsible for paying a penalty of approximately 2,500 THB directly.

3. Document Submission Responsibility:
Our support team will conduct a final check before submitting your documents to the government. However, you are responsible for ensuring that all documents you submit to us meet the required standards and follow our instructions and samples provided. Documents will be processed as-is, unless you consult us for clarification beforehand. By double-checking your documents and following our guidance, you help us process your case faster and avoid potential delays.

4. Document Submission Guidelines:
Your submitted documents are critical for handling government services. Please ensure they are prepared for official use by adhering to the following guidelines:
-
Use a document format that appears professional, resembling copies made by a copy machine.
-
Avoid submitting images that are blurry, out of focus, too bright, or too dark.
-
Ensure no body parts are visible in the pictures.
-
Drone and QR code images must follow the provided sample guidelines.
Failure to follow these requirements may result in document rejection, causing delays in processing your case.

5. Your Role in the Process:
While we handle most of the registration process, certain steps require your personal involvement:
-
Purchase a Thai SIM card upon arrival in Thailand to receive OTPs from CAAT and NBTC.
-
Create a new Gmail account for CAAT and NBTC registrations to keep your personal email separate from official drone communications.

6. NBTC Processing Time :
The NBTC registration timelines are determined by government agencies. Please note that Thailand Public Holidays and Compensatory Holidays may cause delays. We encourage you to check the Thai holiday calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Typical NBTC processing times:
-
Bangkok and Nearby Areas: 1–3 business days due to higher demand.
-
Other Provinces (e.g., Phuket, Surat Thani, Koh Samui): 1–3 business days, often faster.

7. Business Hours and Submissions:
We operate during regular business hours (Monday to Saturday, closed on Sundays). Registrations submitted after 4:30 PM Thailand time (UTC+7) will be processed the next business day.
While we cannot expedite government processing times, our expertise ensures your application is accurately and promptly submitted, often leading to faster-than-average results.

8. Existing NBTC Registrations:
If you’ve already started the NBTC registration process using your passport number and email, please provide us with your login details so we can take over and complete the registration for you. Note that NBTC accounts are tied to the original passport and email used for registration.
9. Qualification of Applicants:
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
-
Be at least 20 years old.
-
Must not pose a threat to Thailand (e.g., on government blacklists or immigration blacklists).
-
Must not have a criminal record or any history related to drug offenses.
We reserve the right to refuse service without a refund if we discover these issues during or after the process, or if your application is rejected by the government.

10. Scope of Service:
We provide registration and insurance services to ensure you can fly legally in Thailand, limited to compliance-related activities. In the event of legal issues such as:
-
Flying in restricted areas or no-fly zones without permission.
-
Privacy violations or trespassing.
-
Flying in national parks or prohibited areas.
These matters are beyond our responsibility. Please carefully study the guidelines required for the pilot exam for detailed rules. No one is authorized to sell pilot licenses in Thailand; this highlights the importance of avoiding unauthorized agents offering such services without proper compliance. However, we are an authorized insurance agent, ensuring that your drone is properly insured to meet legal requirements.

11. Agreement for Representation in NBTC Registration

By agreeing to use our service, the customer grants us the authority to act on their behalf for the purpose of registration with the relevant Thai government agencies, including the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC). We will make every reasonable effort to complete the registration process in accordance with standard procedures and regulations. However, due to NBTC requirements, customers must collaborate in the process by completing the initial signup, as an OTP will be sent to the customer for verification. To proceed, customers must first sign up at https://anyregis.nbtc.go.th/sign_up/foreigner/ Once this step is completed, we can handle the rest of the process without any further action required from the customer.

However, the customer acknowledges that certain circumstances beyond our control may cause delays or prevent the completion of the registration process, including but not limited to:
-
Failure to provide complete and accurate information necessary for registration.
-
Providing false, misleading, or incorrect details, intentionally or unintentionally.
-
Submission of incorrect or invalid documents that do not meet NBTC or government requirements.
-
Failure to notify us of important details that may impact the process.
-
Taking independent actions that interfere with or contradict our handling of the registration.
-
Late or incomplete document submission by the customer.
-
Early submission before the required processing period, leading to premature expiration or invalidation of documents.
-
Extended processing queues due to high demand or administrative backlog.
-
Political instability, protests, or government policy changes affecting regulatory operations.
-
Natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events impacting government processing timelines.

In any of the above cases, we reserve the right to decline any refund requests. Once the registration process has been initiated, it is non-reversible, and all fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
By using our service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms
